Flagship Texas straight rye — 100% Brasetto rye, Texas-grown. The only 100% rye mash bill distilled grain-to-glass in Texas at scale. Spicy, floral, and herbaceous with dried dill, pepper, and subtle fruit.

Cask strength version of The Musician (same 70%/25%/5% Texas mash bill). ABV varies batch to batch (~118 proof). Non-chill filtered, selected by Master Blender Nancy Fraley. Concentrated caramel, tobacco, and baking spice.

Spring seasonal BiB (rabbit label). 100% Texas-grown Brasetto rye, aged minimum 4 years in federally bonded warehouse. Vibrant rye spice, dill, citrus, and white pepper.

2025 premium annual release blending 53% blue corn / 25% red corn / 22% white corn bourbons, aged minimum 6 years. Proofed using 'Petites Eaux' — a French Cognac/Armagnac technique adding caramelized wood sugars rather than water. Packaged in a premium red gift box with custom embossing and metal stopper. Grape, tobacco, honey-roasted nuts, and a velvety mouthfeel.

2024 inaugural Tanager release blending red, white, and blue corn bourbons aged minimum 5 years. Used the Petites Eaux proofing method, adding caramelized wood sugars. Rich, cigar-friendly profile with dark fruit, oak, leather, and baking spice.
