Peerless's first departure from their original mash bill — a significantly elevated rye content. Savory nose of warm seasoned oak, leather, citrus, and dark fruit. Candied oak, toasted sugar, and charred orange on the palate; warm leather and rich tobacco on the finish.

Small Batch Bourbon aged in two successive new American oak casks. Caramel, butterscotch, fresh cherry, and dried tobacco on the nose; bright citrus and florals open the palate, followed by dry red wine, cocoa, honey, and toasted oak.

Finished in a medium-toasted (no char) barrel after primary maturation in Char 3 American oak. Fewer tannins create a more aromatic whiskey: rich red berries, brown sugar, caramel, and marshmallow on the nose; warm honey, vanilla, toasted spice, and chocolate throughout.

Small Batch Bourbon finished in rum barrels — two full barrel extractions of flavor. Toasted citrus and molasses lead a dark, savory nose with sweet cedar and coffee. The palate is deep and spicy: cinnamon, orange bitters, toasted sugar, dark fruit, and sweet grasses.

Small Batch Bourbon finished in premium cognac barrels — Kentucky-only release. Fresh raisins, sweet herbs, toffee pudding, caramel apple, and toasted honey on the nose. Cranberry raisin bread, muscadine grapes, port wine, chocolate, and crisp pear on the palate.

Small Batch Rye aged in two successive new oak casks. Sweet seasoned oak and orange zest on the nose. Warm molasses and earthy cinnamon open the palate, shifting to bright florals and earthy smoked herbs; candied smoke on the finish.

Finished in a medium-toasted barrel after Char 3 primary maturation. Indulgent nose of buttered French toast, warm caramel, saltwater taffy, and strawberry icing. The palate delivers warm Boston creme doughnut with custard richness and lingering toasted spice.

Collaboration with Copper & Kings. Peerless Rye finished in American Alembic Absinthe barrels — two full barrel extractions. Prominent anise and botanicals weave through caramel, baking spice, and citrus; the finish is anise, menthol, and black licorice with a moderate burn.
