Annual limited blend of 10+ year straight bourbon and straight rye, non-chill filtered. Four mash bills including MGP rye (95%/5%), High West rye (80%/20%), MGP bourbon (75%/21%/4%), and a high-malt Kentucky bourbon. Sweet spice, dried fruit, and baking complexity.
Annual fall release (Act 13 in 2025) — Rendezvous Rye finished in Ruby and Tawny Port barrels. Rich dark fruit, baking spice, vanilla, and a warming winter finish. One of Utah's most anticipated annual releases.
Annual limited all-sourced cask strength bourbon blending Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee distillates aged 6–20 years. Non-chill filtered. Intentionally contains no High West distillate — preserves the mature, complex character of aged sourced stocks.
First High West BiB release (launched Feb 2024). 100% High West distilled — 80% Guittino hybrid rye / 20% malted rye, barreled in Fall 2018 and aged 4 years in new charred oak at their Wanship, UT distillery at 4,000 ft elevation. Annual limited.
Launched 2025. 100% High West distilled high-rye straight bourbon (64% non-GMO yellow corn / 36% rye), aged 4+ years at the Wanship, UT facility. Annual limited, ships to 35 states.
100% High West distilled from a blend of base malt, caramel 60 malt, and a touch of chocolate malt. Aged 4–8 years in a mix of new charred and second-use oak barrels. Showcases High West's own-distillate program. Annual limited release.
Irregular limited collaboration with The Prisoner Wine Co. (both owned by Constellation Brands). Straight bourbon and rye aged 4–12 years, finished in French oak barrels that previously held The Prisoner Red Blend (Zinfandel-dominant). Released 2023 and 2025.
First High West × Casa Noble Tequila collaboration (launched Dec 2024, both Constellation Brands). MGP and HWD straight rye aged 4–10 years, finished 6 months in Marques de Casa Noble Añejo Tequila barrels (French oak), then a small portion finished briefly in Amburana wood.
Port, Syrah, and vermouth-finished rye blend. Discontinued summer 2020 after only ~29,646 bottles were ever produced. One of High West's most beloved and sought-after releases on the secondary market.
Younger (5-year) sequel to Bourye — blending 75%/20%/5% bourbon with MGP 95%/5% rye. Lighter and more approachable than Bourye. Discontinued.
