The flagship high-rye Kentucky straight bourbon — 68% corn / 28% rye / 4% barley. Distilled at Bulleit's Shelbyville, KY and Lebanon, KY facilities (opened 2017/2021); older barrels may include Four Roses or Barton contract distillate. Dry, spicy, and assertive with vanilla, honey, and oak.

MGP Indiana-sourced straight rye with a 95% rye / 5% malted barley mash bill. Herbaceous, spicy, and dry with mint, dill, and black pepper. Outstanding value for a 95% rye at this price point.

10-year-old expression of the high-rye bourbon mash bill. Extra oak, dried fruit, and vanilla with the characteristic Bulleit spice. Aged in American white oak and available most markets year-round.

Annual batch release at cask strength — Batch 8 (July 2024) was 60.9% / 121.8 proof. High-rye 68/28/4 mash bill, non-chill filtered. Concentrated caramel, leather, and rye spice at full proof.

Private barrel program using the Four Roses–inherited barrel code system: E/B = mash bill (E: 75/21/4, B: 60/36/4), 1–5 = yeast strain. Typically 8–12 years old. Store picks at 104 proof standard spec, cask strength for premium picks.

Launched February 2025 — the first Bulleit expression confirmed to be entirely own-distillate (Shelbyville/Lebanon KY). Single distilling season, minimum 4 years, 100 proof.

Blend of three of Bulleit's ten distillates, minimum 9 years old. Released 2020, named top whiskey of the year by multiple publications. No confirmed second batch — largely sold through. Heavy oak, dark fruit, caramel, and leather.

MGP Indiana 95% rye sourced and matured by Bulleit. Originally released 2019, sold out, then relaunched April 2024 as a limited run (~8,000 cases). The blend includes barrels up to 17 years old. Rich, mature rye spice with dark fruit, oak, and vanilla.
