Common Cask provides free shipping through FedEx to to all locations within the contiguous United States. Please allow up to five business days for processing. Shipping time is variable and will depend on what shipping zone you fall into, you can use the graphic below to estimate your shipping time. Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States, but if you really want one you should email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number after your purchase is made. An additional email will be sent out with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We are in the middle of setting up return logistics so we currently do not offer returns. We may try to facilitate some requests for returns but all cases will be at the sole discretion of Common Cask, please contact us at email@example.com for more information. Currently all sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or defective product you may request a replacement product or refund. In order to receive a replacement or refund you must email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order details within five days of the delivery of the product. Once we have been contacted we will provide you with a return label that you must use with the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item we will process your replacement order or refund you the the amount of your purchase on your original payment method. We recommend you get a tracking number for your return as you will not receive a refund for returned items that we do not receive.
