We honor our fore-brewers by heeding their lessons of technique and style; however innovation allows us to stand apart. It all started in the summer of 2012, as a conversation over a pint of beer at a local Bellingham pub. We shared our dreams and soon realized that the elements of our future were sitting amongst us: a businessman, a craft beer believer and, most importantly, a brewer. Together, Frank Trosset, Pat Haynes, and Jack Lamb would go on to build and operate a pilot brewery in Downtown Bellingham, where, for the next twelve months of our lives, we would research and develop the knowledge and skills needed to start our own commercial microbrewery and restaurant. We called it Aslan Brewing Company, and quickly realized its identity through our personal commonalities. With a commitment to organic ingredients, locally sourced goods, and low-impact practices, we aimed to offer the community something new and refreshing, the sustainable way. CHEERS TO LOCAL BEERS!
Located just 18 miles north of the burgeoning Bellingham brewery scene, on the outskirts of a scenic seaside town, is Blaine, Washington’s first, and oldest, brewery – Atwood Ales. The unique setting provided by our 100 year old farmhouse and barn and the surrounding acreage is not only visually compelling, but also provides countless opportunities to directly incorporate estate and locally grown agricultural and natural ingredients into our small batch beers. Our family owned and operated farm and brewery produces a variety of ales, with many in the spirit of the French and Belgian farmhouse ales that help to inspire our brewing passion.
Where the Gifford Pinchot National Forest meets the Carson valley, you will find us busily brewing craft beers from the best ingredients found in the Northwest. Backwoods Brewing was founded by the Waters family in July of 2012. Prior to that, Jim Waters had taught his sons the art of home brewing before they flew the nest, but the boys came back after college with the dream of starting a brewery in their hometown. Many beer batches and napkin doodles later, with a can-do attitude and some carpentry know-how, the Waters saw their dream finally come to life. The first brews that came out of the pub were made on a small one-barrel system. However, increasing demand and growing awareness of the brew pub allowed the family to bump up to a 7-barrel, and finally the 20-barrel system that we brew on today.
Crafting fresh-off-the-farm brews from the middle of a hop field, Bale Breaker Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery located in the Yakima Valley. Backed by four generations of hop farming experience, Bale Breaker started in 2013, and has grown to become the fifth largest independent craft brewery in Washington. Hops are in the family’s DNA: the great-grandparents of sibling-owners Meghann Quinn, Kevin “Smitty” Smith, and Patrick Smith first planted hops in the Yakima Valley in 1932, the year before Prohibition ended. Now, Meghann, Smitty, Patrick and Meghann’s husband Kevin Quinn are crafting brews that celebrate the world-class hops grown in their backyard. With a 30-barrel brewhouse at a 27,000 square foot facility, Bale Breaker crafts four year-round canned beers, including the widely celebrated Topcutter IPA, and a diverse offering of seasonal beers on draft.
Independently owned and operated, we’ve been making great handcrafted beer and fresh, local food for the Bellingham community since 1995. Boundary Bay Brewery houses a Taproom and family-friendly Bistro, located in a restored historic 1922 warehouse in Downtown Bellingham, across from the Saturday Farmer’s Market. We have a deck for outdoor dining and a dog-friendly Beer Garden where you can enjoy BBQs, outdoor concerts and nonprofit events during the Summer.
Beardslee Public House specializes in the creation of high-quality, scratch-casual cuisine. Most everything on the menu is made in house with carefully chosen locally sourced ingredients. The history of Bothell is steeped in the logging industry to honor that tradition we have named many of our beers after classic and unusual timber and logging terms or some after historic Bothelltonians! Cash Brewing Company is owned by locals Tom and Ester Cash, and is located in beautiful Old Town Silverdale, across from Silverdale Waterfront Park. Tom and Ester have incorporated influence from their cousin, Johnny Cash, as well as the nautical feel of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. They have also added the industrial feel of the 1930’s to create a brewery, which consistently exceeds expectations for both quality and atmosphere. Regional festivals and community events have helped to give Cash Brewing Company a reputation for producing high quality beers such as, Top Spin Double IPA, Home Run Red, Touchdown Brown, and Interception IPA, as well as a large selection of seasonal favorites.

Decibel Brewing Company has grown from its humble beginning in Ye Olde Brewe Shedde, to what is now an actual commercial operation that can legally charge people money for its beer. Ben and Corey have known each other for longer than Ben and Corey can remember. What turned out to be endless months (years) of “fine-tuning our business plan and strategy” finally ended in fruition once Eric Tilley came on board and things got super serious. Eric honed his craft independently and is a graduate of the Siebel Institute, which, again, is not held against him. A location was finally found in the fall of 2015 and construction began soon after. After many months of hard work Decibel was finally able to open on September 9th, 2016. Eric is a self-proclaimed malt man, while Ben and Corey are registered hop heads. Together they form the trios that has become Decibel Brewing Company, able to offer a wide variety of fine ales.
NW Sausage & Deli was established in 1983 by Dick Young. His vision was to create a place where everyone can enjoy Old World style smoked sausage. Today, using electric air smokehouses we produce the finest sausages and deli products around– each are prepared to Dick’s original, preserving Dick’s Dream. Dick wore many hats and he was so many things to so many people. In 2009, we lost a brew master, a friend, a dad, a partner, a son, a teacher, a rebel, an electrician, a plumber, a carpenter, a craftsman, and a joker, a complete and unique leader. He will always be remembered in every bottle or keg that gets shipped from our warehouse to someone that is thirsty, his vision and dream will live on. Today, the Dick’s Brew Crew is led by Dick’s daughter, Julie Pendleton. We have plenty of room for growth and feel the sky’s the limit when it comes to continuing Dick’s legacy with Dick’s Brewing Company and NW Sausage & Deli. Our entire team is proud to continue the dream that our founder started, and we are grateful to have you all along for the ride!
Doomsday Brewing Company was founded in September 2012 by Erik Cloe and Jake Walton. We have been friends for over 10 years, and through our admiration of the Pacific Northwest and our obsession with home brewing we have decided to bring our best selected craft brews to the masses, while they still exist. At Doomsday Brewing, our passion is not just about creating great craft beer for customers, we want to change the perception of what beer is. Our goal is to show people what real beer tastes like. The craft beer community is growing rapidly, because people like you are learning not to settle for mediocre, mass produced beers that just don’t do the job. We like to taste different characteristics and textures in multiple styles of brews. Like many brewers, we constantly produce new styles with local hops, malts, and yeast. When the owners of a small microbrewery in Pasco decided they’d rather focus on the packaging aspect of brewing, Mike Hall and Bill Jaquish used it as an opportunity to take their own intense love of home brewing to the next level. As a result, in 1997 Ice Harbor Brewing was born. Word got out quickly among beer aficionados about the little brewery in the Columbia Basin that was making really great beer. By 2004, demand for our beer coupled with Mike and Bill’s desire to provide a true pub experience to their customers led to Ice Harbor Brewing moving to its current location in historic downtown Kennewick. Three short years later, we opened Ice Harbor at the Marina to provide our ever-growing customer base with a more upscale dining option on Clover Island. Our Taproom features 12 rotating tap handles, plenty of space to hang with friends, and food trucks. Outside food, well behaved pets and children are welcome. The Taproom offers a view of our working brewery with ample seating.
Mollusk Brewing embraces contemporary brewing techniques while recognizing and honoring tradition. We aim to brew memorable beers that showcase an attention to detail and a creative approach. We love that our small size means we can take risks and also serve the freshest possible beer both at our pub and in stores and bars across western Washington. We see mollusks as our emblem – like beer – mollusks are mind-bogglingly diverse, ranging from the humble slug to incredibly complicated octopus. We highlight that diversity by making the cleanest lagers and the funkiest farmhouses, sharing the soft earthy nuances of noble hops and the bold flavors of modern new world hops. Our brewhouse is an electric powered seven barrel system, being powered by the Columbia river means we’re a green operation with nearly zero water waste. With precision control, we are able to produce any style of beer. We package our beers in both draft and 500ml.

The history of craft brewing in Tacoma goes back much further than you may think. The Pacific Brewing and Malting Company formed in Downtown Tacoma in 1897 as a result of a merger between Puget Sound Brewing Company and Milwaukee Brewing Company. Pacific Brewing grew to be one of the largest breweries in the Northwest and the Pacific Beer brand was hugely popular along the entire West Coast. Success was, unfortunately, cut short by state-wide Prohibition in 1916 and Pacific Brewing closed its doors shortly thereafter. Nearly 100 years later, Pacific Brewing returned Downtown Tacoma. Reformed by a group of local beer enthusiasts with a love of Tacoma and its rich history, Pacific Brewing & Malting Co., complete with the original logo, is once again setting its sights on being one of the premier craft breweries in the Northwest. Our lineup includes 1897 Lager, Dirty Skoog Double IPA, Grit City Porter, Prairie Line IPA, Potomac Citra Pale Ale, as well as many seasonals and limited edition beers.

What started as a hobby and passion of home brewing since the mid 90’s, turned into a very small business startup in December of 2011. I built a building on my property in South Hill Puyallup, WA and in my spare time, away from my full time career at Maersk, brewed my beer on a larger (still very small, a one barrel system) scale. I began selling my beer to local markets, pubs, and specialty stores in late March of 2012. It quickly became apparent that I was going to have a very hard time keeping up with demand. In June of 2012, I quit my job at Maersk and began brewing and selling beer full-time, as well as initiating plans for my own retail location to sell my beer. I cashed in my 401k, leased a commercial space, and opened the Puyallup River Alehouse (a separate entity) in downtown Puyallup, WA on February 5, 2013.

Victor-23is a neighborhood craft brewery and pub that embraces the adventurous history of the Pacific Northwest. On a stormy evening in November 1971, a man known as D.B. Cooper hijacked a Boeing 727 flying from Portland to Seattle. In Seattle, D.B. released all the passengers once the plane was refueled and he was given 2 parachutes and $200,000 in cash. The plane soon departed and the pilot was directed to fly south on the Victor-23 airway. Somewhere in Southwest Washington, DB Cooper lowered the rear stairway and parachuted to an uncertain fate. Our brewery celebrates this unsolved crime and invites you to ponder the case over a cold pint of Skyjacker IPA, Flight 305 Amber, Jet Fuel Imperial IPA, or Schaffner Pilsner.
Founded by owners Bryan & Molly Copeland and Aaron & April Johnson, Wet Coast Brewing Co. believes that there is much more to operating a brewery than simply producing quality craft beer. Wet Coast Brewing Co. wants their patrons to experience their beer, to celebrate life and to rejoice in all things wet. Wet Coast will utilize a 3.5 barrel brewing system and provide a selection of northwest-inspired craft ales in an on-site tap room where patrons can enjoy the beers by the pint or as a flight. Patrons can view the brewing process and purchase ales for consumption at home, via growlers and eventually bottles and cans. Wet Coast will also distribute kegs to restaurants, bars and tap rooms throughout the Pacific Northwest.
